Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you provide bartending services?
We partner with professional, certified local mobile bartender companies. Our trailer, if rented alone is rented “dry”, meaning we do not provide or serve the alcohol or beverages for your party. You will need to work with your licensed and insured caterer or bartending service to provide beverage service from our structure. Trailer Parked Mobile Bar Company does not have a liquor license or food license, we are simply a party rental company specializing in renting a mobile bar and add-on items.
  • Does Trailer Parked have insurance?
Yes! We carry General Liability and Property Liability in the form of an Inland Marine Policy, as well as Commercial Auto Coverage. We DO NOT have liquor liability insurance as we are simply a party rental company and do not provide, sell or serve food, alcohol or beverages.
  • How much does it cost to rent this party on wheels?
Prices vary depending on day and rental time. For special requests please fill out the contact form at the bottom of the homepage or at check out.
  • If I change my mind on the date of the reservation can I move my reservation?
Yes, but you will lose your 50% non-refundable deposit. An additional 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for the new date. Please be certain when you book your reservation to avoid this from happening.
  • What kind of power supply will we need?
The Trailer has a battery that will be good to use for about 4 hours. The 2nd option is the trailer can use 110V household electricity, on a designated outlet, within 50ft, to provide power to the trailer. It also has a generator back up in the event there is no access to an outlet.

We will travel anywhere in Las Vegas. There is a $2 per mile charge, both ways, for delivery over 50 miles from our location.
